Brian Hansel

Responsible for the daily management of construction inspections projects and staffing throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland, Brian proactively connects RIG’s inspectors with projects based on their experience, certifications, and the project's goals and requirements. He also supports the growth and advancement of team members through mentorship and project assignments.

Brian's deep understanding of highway construction stems from decades of in-field experience as well as continued education and certifications. He is often called on to lead or take part in training and educational work groups, such as PennDOT winter school, due to his vast knowledge of asphalt pavement, concrete, roadway construction, bridge structures, excavation, erosion control, and safety in the workplace.
