We are geeks about infrastructure. What gets us out of bed in the morning is the motivation to support the safe construction of transportation infrastructure by providing detail-oriented, highly-qualified, and properly-trained construction managers and inspectors.
We work closely and collaboratively with our clients, contractors, and partners to ensure all processes are followed and documented, and that all stakeholders are alerted of any issues or concerns. We take this critical role seriously because it directly impacts project success and safety, our main priorities. We pride ourselves on completing tasks smartly and efficiently so that we can stay agile as project needs evolve.
What really sets RIG apart is the team we have behind our field staff. Our experienced managers, many of which are former inspectors themselves, are on-call to answer questions and find solutions to any field challenges that may arise on site.
Facilities Construction Inspection & Management
RIG provides oversight during the construction, addition, renovation, or repair of facilities.
We work together with owners, agencies, designers, and contractors to provide well-built facilities with minimal disruption to the owner and user. Our experienced team includes structural, mechanical, and electrical managers and inspectors in construction management, quality control, asset inventory, non-conformance inspection, and forensic/insurance inspections.
Understanding work progression, team composite, schedule, and budget is inherent to our team’s successful performance history. RIG has excelled in providing specialized project management techniques to ensure owners maintain or improve the projected schedule, prevent scope creep, and ensure proper construction and quality whether Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM At-Risk, or Public-Private Partnerships.
Materials Services & Fabrication Inspection
Quality assurance of materials is mission critical to safety and optimum durability.
RIG’s professional engineers, construction inspectors, and technicians meet the demands of quality and quantity for a variety of highway and bridge construction materials, including:

Our internal fabrication inspectors examine the welds and coatings of bridge and building components for PennDOT contracts. Our team is also instrumental in assisting in adherence fabrication specifications and standards.
